Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using an Enreef service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Enreef on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Enreef services

Enreef provides tools for creating, compiling, running, exploring, comparing, and inspecting living worlds, scenarios, data, and related outputs. Specific features may be subject to product-specific terms, usage limits, or availability requirements disclosed with the relevant service.

You may not use Enreef to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or content intended to damage or disrupt systems.
• Probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or technical restrictions except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
• Use automated means to extract or copy substantial portions of the service except through an interface or API Enreef expressly provides for that purpose.
• Misrepresent generated, modeled, or projected output as verified fact when you know or should know the distinction matters.
• Interfere with another person’s use of Enreef or use the service to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

7. Enreef intellectual property

Enreef and its licensors retain all rights in the Enreef services, software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, models, and other materials that are not your content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Enreef intellectual property to you.

8. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Enreef, you give us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

9. Third-party services and data

Enreef may link to, integrate with, or use third-party services, datasets, maps, software, or content. Third-party materials may be governed by separate licenses, terms, or privacy policies. Enreef is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

10. Paid services

For paid services, the price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, refund terms, and any additional purchase conditions shown at checkout or in an applicable app store will apply to that purchase. App store billing and refund rules may also apply when you purchase through a platform provider.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Enreef at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, address security or legal risks, enforce these Terms, or respond to nonpayment. Where required by law or reasonably practicable, notice will be provided before termination.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enreef services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Enreef disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that every dataset, model, or result is complete or accurate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute that must be brought in court will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue rules that apply under applicable law.
