This Privacy Policy explains how Enreef LLC ("Enreef," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit enreef.com, contact us, or use an Enreef product or service that links to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We receive information you choose to provide when you email us, request support, apply for a role, create an account, submit content, or otherwise communicate with Enreef.
Product and content data. When you create, upload, save, or run worlds, scenarios, prompts, datasets, settings, or other content through Enreef, we process that information to provide the requested features.
Technical information. Our hosting, security, and delivery infrastructure may process routine technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, request times, requested URLs, app version, diagnostic information, and security events.
Transaction information. For paid services, payment providers may process payment details. Enreef may receive transaction records such as the amount, date, product, and payment status.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Enreef products and services.
- Respond to questions, support requests, partnership inquiries, and job applications.
- Save, process, or display user-requested worlds, scenarios, data, and settings.
- Protect Enreef, our users, and our systems from fraud, abuse, security threats, and misuse.
- Process transactions and administer paid services.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.
3. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, support, or process Enreef services. They may use information only as permitted for the services they provide to us.
We may also share information when you direct us to do so, as part of a business transaction such as a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate abuse.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Enreef and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to operate and secure services, remember settings, measure performance, and improve functionality.
Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for non-essential technologies, Enreef will provide the required controls.

Enreef services covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

Enreef is based in the United States. If you use Enreef from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
